Mushroom & Bell Pepper Fry
  • 1 cup of sliced mushroom
  • 1 cup of chopped bell pepper ( Red, yellow, orange chopped lengthwise)
  • 1 - onion (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro
  1. Melt butter in pan over simmer mode and add mushroom, saute for 3 minutes. (moisture begins to release from mushroom)
  2. Add onions, bell peppers and saute, till it becomes soft.
  3. Add balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt as required, cook until the water get evaporated.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and Serve hot!
