Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sliced mushroom
- 1 cup of chopped bell pepper ( Red, yellow, orange chopped lengthwise)
- 1 - onion (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro
- Melt butter in pan over simmer mode and add mushroom, saute for 3 minutes. (moisture begins to release from mushroom)
- Add onions, bell peppers and saute, till it becomes soft.
- Add balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt as required, cook until the water get evaporated.
- Garnish with cilantro and Serve hot!
