Pan Fried Chicken

These chickens are made with marination of vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce and pan fried over medium flame. It is a great dish to try out this summer.  Pls do try this simple recipe and share your feedback in the comment section.

Pan Fried Chicken


2 lb chicken
1 cup of olive oil
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white vinegar
1/2 cup of soy sauce
Take all the ingredients mentioned under marination in mixing bowl and mix it all well until well combined.
Add chicken into the marination mixture, let it sit for at least 3 hours.

Heat the pan over medium Flame.
Once it heated, place the chicken legs on the Pan.
Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken to other side and cook again.
Cook until it cooked well and the outer skin of chicken change to golden brown color.
Then remove from flame. Slice it up and serve with yogurt dip or Mayo.
