Broccoli Rice is a simple dish, which you can make it under 10 minutes. I make this dish often for my 17 months old son. He loves to have it with scrambled egg. It cooks and is ready in a flash, perfect for lunch box dish. Try this out, let me know your feedback.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
2 cup cooked rice
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Salt as required

Heat oil in pan over medium flame.
Add cumin and garlic, saute for a minute.
Add onion, saute till it turns to light pink color
Add broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Mix all well and cook for 5 minutes by stirring occasionally.
Add cooked rice and mix well, check seasoning and add if required.
Stir occasionally, cook uncovered for 3 minutes and then turn off the heat.
Serve hot with your choice of side dish.
